The Arts and Crafts Group has now become the Women's Club of Colonial
Hills. There has not been sufficient interest in arts and crafts to warrant
staying a group. The nucleus of the Women's Club for the time being, is the
arts and crafts group. However, we hope to...

 Here Come The Snowbirds!
The snow birds are back and things are starting to get
hectic. All our hours for pancake breakfasts and spaghetti dinners will be
according to the information on the signs. We will not be closing down early,
or running later. Hopefully this year will be a very successful one.
We have a campaign going for a new roof and other
needed repairs such as air conditioning. Please put donations, large and small,
in the boxes...

I'm sorry, there is no message as such since I have been laid up a lot with my surgery and hospitalization. I am happy to serve another term as your association president and am glad to see a few new faces on our officers and board of directors.

We will start off by wishing everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR and we hope you had a joyous Christmas as well.
The year 2007 starts with a new vice president and some changes on the board. As for myself, I'm very happy to see Shirley Pike take over as Vice President. With both Earl and myself having some ongoing medical problems it's good to have a healthy person to take over running the club if necessary. I came to the conclusion I should step down last spring/summer when Earl and I were only 5 rooms apart at Community Hospital. I am also happy to see Don Alexander come on the board.
