Here it is April and we are already on Daylight Savings Time and it's getting to the time where we say good-bye to our winter people, wishing them a safe trip north and a warm welcome when they return in the Fall. Time flies by. Here it is, March already and hopefully the weather suits everyone better. It has been a strange winter all ov er the country and world for that matter. Considering other parts of the country, we did well. There are some things comming up before our winter snowbirds go north. Everyone look over the calendar and the back page for dates.

Lately, I've had a chance to walk through a lot of our subdivision and drive through where I didn't walk. There are a few things I've noticed. First off, most of the homes in Colonial Hills look decent. We hope to see those that don't, get cleaned up before the code people get involved. This can be a costly experience. Now getting to some other things.
