What happens if a person does not comply with a "Notice of Violation?"

Answer:
If the violation continues beyond the time specified in the "Notice of Violation", the code office will file a "Request for Hearing" with a Code Enforcement Board, a quasi-judicial, citizens board appointed by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners. The hearing before the C.E.B. will be scheduled and the violator will be notified.
