Answer:
If the violation is not corrected according to the Order, the Code Enforcement Board may order the violator to pay a fine up to $250.00 per day for each day that the violation continues past the compliance date. A certified copy of the Order imposing the fine may be recorded in the Public Records and shall constitute a lien against the land on which the violation exists or any other real or personal property owned by the violator. If the lien remains unpaid six months after it's filling, the C.E.B. may authorize the County Attorney to forclose on the lien.
