Due to several things happening all at once there will not be a soup & sandwich card party during February. ... on the chairman (chairlady) to make plans, which need to be done several weeks before the event Some of her workers will not be available in February. Also, and I personally think this is very important, there are not enough people helping make soup and sandwiches. It is too much of a burden for these few to do this every month.

More volunteers are desparately needed.
