Hey folks, Sorry I haven't been around more recently. After you appealed the Approval of the Preliminary Site Plan on January 26th, I got tasked to help in a campaign in Sarasota. You are in the process of amending the appeal to strenghthen a few arguments. Additionally, the Board Records department of... ...the County Clerks office is preparing a verbatim transcript that will have to be submitted (by them) before the Development Review Office can schedule an appeal hearing. We are not sure when the verbatim will be completed, however I would assume that it will be done within the next two weeks and definately prior to the end of February. The fight continues, you have much more ahead of you. W.A.R.N. will be there with you, and I will be more available in a couple weeks. If you have any questions, its best to call my cell number or email me. Help those without computers by reaching out to them and talking to them about the plans.
