Hello Mr. Hayden,

I have been renting in Colonial Hills for almost 4 years now and have been reading your newsletters all along. I have not attended any meetings or events at the clubhouse. The main reason is that I just don't find any interest...

If the association were to do more activities catering to young families then you would get a larger turnout. I know you can't really start those activities until you get more younger members. It seems like a no win situation! If there was a playgroup time during the week i would be very interested in joining. Is it possible you could put something in the next newsletter to see if there is any interest for this type of activity? If there is an interest, I would be willing to try to organize such a group.
