What Citizens Should Know About
General Storage Violations
(Trash and Junk)
|
County Code prohibits yard areas from being used as a storage area for junk automobiles, appliances or other storage, or collection of any other public nuisance items.
Also, no lot or yard area shall be used as a garbage dump or a dead animal rendering plant, nor can manure, rubbish or public nuisance refuse be stored in the open within any district as a menace to the public health and safety.
The items to the right are some of the trash and junk items considered General Storage violations if left scattered about in open yard area.

Household garbage scattered about

Discarded wood, branches or tree limbs

Discarded or inoperable auto parts
